Okay is the greatest feeling...

I know it doesn't sound like it, I know we believe that we are all craving 'happy' 'excited' 'elated'... But here's a little insight that may not have occurred.


For people with anxiety, autism and other neuro diversities, 'okay' is the ultimate goal. Every other feeling can feel overwhelming and anxiety inducing eventually.


'Okay' is serene, calm, content, neutral or 'good tired' as a wonderful young man put it to me this week.


So, it's more than okay to 'just' be okay
